This dealership ( Wilkesboro ) by far has the best service dept I have ever delt with. My Chevy Trailblazer was due for an inspection and I had waited until the last day of the month. I called McNeil Chevrolet spoke to Chis in the service dept. I explained my situation he worked my vehicle in on this busy day and was so friendly. I have had my vehicle serviced here several times and the service has always been excellent. Thank you all for doing a great job! I’m a happy customer and I highly recommend this dealership.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. McNeill when I picked up my new truck last week at McNeill Chevrolet in Wilkesboro, NC. He and his staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Both handled everything I asked for and kept me well informed on the status of the truck as it was being shipped from the factory.
