Melissa in sales and Jason in service are the best, had a issue with my truck and contacted Melissa about it and she was right on it, talked with Jason and he got it in and fixed in one day. Great team work over there, excellent service always. Will definitely purchase my next truck from them.

Services is great and counter staff are efficient. However making the appointment for the oil change is always a problem. I like using local businesses, but trying to set up the appointment is the worst. I often go elsewhere because it is a hassle making the appointment. When I call I'm constantly put on hold and normally they end up taking my number to return the call (they never call back) It normally takes 2 or 3 calls. I tried setting it up on line, to which I still needed to call to confirm and again confirming starts the whole phone tag process again. Once past that and I have an appointment staff is great

Follow up on December 23 brake job that had grinding noise when stopping. Issue addressed under warranty and taken care of. Definitely satisfied.
