We were out looking for a good reliable vehicle for under $7k with less than 200k miles. We looked at the bigger new/used dealers, but were not impressed with their options. We went to McVay right as they were closing, hoping to just peruse their available vehicles on the lot. But we were quickly greeted and offered info on the various vehicles on the lot. All were reasonably priced and he was honest about anything that needed looked at or worked on. They stayed open 2 hours late for us when we chose a vehicle. If we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely be checking with McVay Motors first. They were apparently also rated top rated dealer for CarGurus for 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2023, recognizing them for excellent customer service. After visiting we understand why!

Don was so helpful and easy to work with. The truck we ultimately purchased needed a thorough cleaning and a replacement part. Don made sure the truck was detailed and ensured the part got put in after we had driven off the lot! Great experience and a great bunch of honest people.

A rainy day couldn't diminish the bright smile on my face as I drove away in my van! Mike and Don took care of everything for my husband and me, making sure the van was in top running order before we signed the papers. It's been a few weeks now, and I'm thrilled every time I start the engine!
