I didn't realize how good Mike was until I went somewhere else. Purchased a type S from mike about 2.5 years ago. His biggest selling point: the service records. He told me how he knew all about these specific model cars and only picks the best ones to resell at his dealership. He gave me complimentary carfax before calling me on facetime and showing me the car through the video call. He helped me make a deposit so he could hold it while i drove up there. We did go up there and Mike was awesome in person too. The place was under renovations due to flooding, so it was messy getting to the office. but no worries, mike came out and led the way when we arrived. he pulled the car up and you could tell his were definitely better taken care of than the other cars in the lot. looked very clean, shiny, and well detailed. after going for a test drive and believing everything was good. we purchased that night and drove how with a new car and temp tag. before we left, i noticed the windshield washer fluid was less than half full, so mike just gave us a whole new gallon. mike was awesome and was able to drop the price for us. it was clear he was hesitant but he gave into a good deal for me. I also received the title in the mail no problem. So what I learned is that mike was very trustworthy. He clearly knew a lot about the car he was selling and also cared about his customers by providing accurate, honest, and detailed history and information on the car. I just purchased a different car from a different dealership and unfortunately was scammed. Definitely made me miss Mike. Thanks mike for your great service.

Mike is a true professional. I saw the car online and it looked real nice. I live a couple of hundred miles away in another state. I'm extremely particular when it comes to my cars so I was nervous about buying a vehicle without seeing it in person and test driving. Mike was straight forward and very thorough.
