We were kept informed by text each step of the way with very detailed information regarding the issues with our Jeep Easy explanation of cost and the ability to accept or decline repairs right on our phones. No back and forth conversations, getting placed on "hold" or hour spent getting transferred around. Bryant set a time line for repairs and was able to keep it on track.
