I highly recommend Mears! The team is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted, exactly when I needed it. Despite a tight deadline, they made sure the car was delivered on time. Juli even drove the car all the way to Houston! Make sure to talk to Travis—he's incredible with paperwork and ensures everything goes smoothly without any issues. Although I haven't met the crew in person, they exceeded my expectations. Travis is the most friendly, patient, respectful, and funny person, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. He helped me meet my deadline, and I can't thank him enough. We purchased a certified used Volvo XC90 right before Christmas and we are very happy with everything! This was our first experience buying something from out of state as we live in Michigan. We knew that we would need to have a good first impression and trust the sales team at Mears since we would not be able to see or drive the vehicle in person. Paul was our sales person and he was very helpful and patient. He was never pushy and never rushed us in our decision making. All of the paperwork was mailed over night and easy to complete. When I had questions, I was always able to get an answer quickly over text, email, or phone. The car was delivered in excellent condition. We were made aware of any scratches or cosmetic issues ahead of time. We were very happy that there were no surprises. Paul even included a bottle of color matched touch up paint if we needed it :) We would definitely buy from Mears again. Honest dealership, great pricing, and excellent sales team!!!

I live in Louisiana and bought a Lexus LC 500 from the salesman Josh. He made it so easy to go through the process and shipped my car to front door. All my paperwork was done electronically and they talked us through every step. I would say Josh is a subject matter expert (SME) on selling vehicles to people out of state. There was a minor problem with the brakes squealing, but Mears made me whole. The post-sale customer service was just as great as the rest of the process. Juana was awesome talking us through the finance paperwork that we filled out while on FaceTime. It was so reassuring that we were signing in all the right places and understood what each piece of paperwork was about. The sales manager Ken also assisted in progressing the sale when we had questions.
