About 8 mos ago I was involved in auto accident and had severe damage to my 2008 ford escape in which the insurance co. Would have totaled it. I searched at a couple of auto body co. To no success , in the meantime thru word of mouth I heard of Medina’s Auto Group. I wanted it repaired for sentimental reasons of my wife’s passing , I drove out to meet Roberto Medina and I explained my situation not knowing how I would be able to afford a repair of such magnitude. He assured me he can fix it and I had faith where there a will there’s a way, and our savior. It took all of 8 mos due to my financial situation but he came thru true to his word and had the patience I needed to thru. I am more than 100% satisfied with the Medina family and the superb work they did for me. I would recommend Medina auto group any time and twice on Sunday to anyone in this situation.They are fair and up front and have the hearts to understand people , for we all go thru ups and downs. Had damage to the passanger side fender and bumper they Did a wonderful job cant even tell where the damage was. Took the car in one morning and was done and ready same day! Great customer service very knowledgeable! Exceeded our expectations, highly recommend!
