Really great purchase experience - remote communication with Rudy was fantastic as I am in AZ and he was in KS - website tools very helpful to research, add photos and paperwork - team was fair with pricing /,trade offers and dealt with me in very respectful and courteous manner - very impressed. Additionally I enjoyed my interactions with finance guy Stanley - a pleasure of a transaction - smooth and made me feel like I was not being upsold. And got me a better rate than originally negotiated :) Vehicle was ready, clean, sitting inside and team walked me through all of the setup and orientation very efficiently - Everyone I encountered was nice and friendly -

Paul Gonzales was a great sales rep. He went above and beyond and got me exactly what I wanted. He took the time with me to find the best deal. I really do appreciate everything Ford has done for me and my family to get me into a new car. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a vehicle.also they sent me cookies!! Who doesn’t love cookies?

I had to buy a new vehicle unexpectedly and I was short on time to get it done. I went to Ford Credit online and was preapproved on a Sunday. I reached out to Mel Hambelton Ford by phone on Monday morning and scheduled an appointment to see a specific vehicle that Monday afternoon. The communication through text was great leading up to the appointment. When I arrived salesman Rudy was waiting for me with the car cleaned and ready to look over. I communicated that I wanted to see the same model but with an upgraded appearance package. I ended up liking the upgraded package better. Rudy got the vehicle cleaned and filled up for us while we worked through the pricing and paperwork. I was eligible for the Ford X pricing because of my employer and was offered 0% at 48 months and .9% for 60 months through Ford financing. Casey in the finance department did a great job explaining options to me and getting the paperwork completed. I had my other car next door at Quick Lane getting serviced, and I was able to get it washed while I was purchasing the new vehicle. The overall experience was great and took less than three hours.

5 stars to Jon Jackson for being helpful, informative, going above and beyond and very quick on our purchase of a 2020 F-250 king ranch. Some things needed to be fixed after purchase that we missed and he was quick to get me back in the dealership for repairs and have a loaner for me to get back to Oklahoma! Out of all the vehicles I’ve purchased from various dealers I’ve never had an experience this great! Katie and I thank you, Jon, and we will continue to do business with you in the future
