Justin was so helpful and informative in helping us decide what features we wanted on our 2024 Tahoe. When our vehicle arrived, he was extremely kind and patient going over all the buttons and technology, and explaining everything we needed to know. This dealership is excellent from the salesmen, Amy in financing, and a wonderful service department, too! In our experience, they seem to make things as easy as possible for their customers.

My husband and I purchased a Nissan Rogue. Jag was terrific! He expertly walked the line, giving us enough space to explore the lot while being instantly available to answer our questions. He exerted just the right amount of influence to inspire us to return after we had a few days to consider the commitment. He also went beyond the call of duty to assist us with the sale; returning to the store after he had left for the night (since we chose to go car shopping after 6PM) and staying late to start the paperwork. Every step of this process was pleasant, and overall it was one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. This is not our first purchase from Memering Motorplex, although it has been a while because we are still driving the 2009 Chevy Aveo that we purchased back in 2010. :) We will be back for future purchases. Service found an issue covered by warranty and fixed the problem. Nissan took forever to get the parts but everything was fixed and they gave me a loaner vehicle so I was never without a vehicle. Always pleasant to work with even when informing me of delays.

It has been since COVID that I had my car serviced at Memering Motorplex. I can tell you that the service received by this great staff was beyond amazing. Amanda, the service advisor was top notch. She was friendly, courteous and professional during the initial scheduling of service to the time service was fully completed. It was a great experience at Memering Motorplex. I hope if others have not made a service appointment schedule with Memering, please do so!

My salesperson Jag was excellent! He made sure I knew all the ins and outs of my new car before I left, gave me a tour of the building, and even checked in with me a day or so later to make sure everything was going well! 10/10!
