Not sales related. My wife, daughter and I ended up on a flat today right next to their car lot, my wife went to use the phone because our cell had died. Not only did they let her use the phone, but they tried their hardest to help get us a tire that would fit our car. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and so beyond helpful. Definitely the place I'll be making my next car purchase from.

The team at Menard are great! I am military stationed overseas. I wanted to get a last call 2023 Dodge Charger. So, I did research and decided to choose Menard for my car order delivery and pick up. Throughout the whole process they were flexible and friendly. For me, being flexible is vital as I have a small chance to order my car and a very small window to pick it up. I showed up unannounced, but they took me in. While getting my car ready and paperwork generated, the Menard family treated me as family. We talked and laughed as if we were bothers. Heck even the customers that came in to buy a car were friendly and engaged. It was fun! What I am saying, is the atmosphere was very comfortable and it was like I always knew them as family! I did not feel pressured or nervous. This dealer is NOT like others dealers as a typical “car salesman.” They treat you like family and truly want to help customers get the car they want with a win-win situation where customers get a good deal as well as meeting their objectives to stay in business and serve the public. We need more dealers like Menard. What impressed me most, is Menard is a small business that has been in the family for generations. I highly recommend Menard! Support the small business owner and one that is flexible! God Bless this business and family - love you all and WILL be back!

Words cannot describe how awesome this business is! I was in desperate need of help after my Jeep GC overheated the day after I had foolishly and initially taken it to a different, unreliable Jeep dealer near the STL area who could only quote me a bogus amount for a “maybe” repair, after they had supposedly “looked” at it. I was told by word of mouth and knew that Menard’s was well known for their reliability and knowledge, so I emailed them on a Saturday morning, and was quickly responded to by Will, the sales manager. He was prompt, professional and listened to my urgent needs. He helped ease my worried mind, and was reassuring, as he was able to work my vehicle into their service schedule for the thorough diagnostic test that was much needed. Will stayed in touch with me, as did the service manager, Jen, throughout the whole service process. After the thorough diagnostic test, the issue was confirmed. I agreed to the fix, and was issued a loaner car while my vehicle was being fixed by their highly reputable, skilled and certified mechanic. I have my Jeep back, and it runs even better than before!! I am ever so thankful for the knowledgeable and kind staff for their wonderful services. I will most definitely be back for years to come!!! Please go here!!

This Dealership is like no other dealership I have experienced. They are fair priced well below any other vehicle I could find online, even after expanding my search to a 500 mile radius. They do not haggle you on making your decision today, or trying to push you up into a higher priced car, you come in tell them what you are there for and they will make it happen. I originally came to this dealership looking for a Mustang much like the one I had found at another dealership but was to high for me to afford. Instead of pushing me to another vehicle, they offered to get that exact vehicle from the other dealership, and then sell it to me for even less. Not only were they going to get it for me, but they had one of their employees drive me to the other dealership, help me look over the vehicle and test drive it before making a decision. Then he but he proceeded pick us up lunch and a drink as we headed back home. Fortunately the Mustang was sold before I was ready to make the purchase; however, Menard Auto Sales offered to help look for another one, but I had already set my eyes upon a vehicle in their lot, a Dodge Dart. The owner Rodney Menard, who is present on the lot, reasonably priced the car and the rest of the buying process went great, no add-ons were pressured and I drove away in a great car. The reason this dealership makes buying a vehicle so enjoyable is because their sales team isn't just a team, they're a family and they make you not only a part of the family but the center of their family.
