Took advantage of the Earth Day maintenance specials offered by Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim, I took my car in for a routine service plus tire alignment. My service consultant, Chris, was extremely helpful. He helped out with the tedious paperwork, explained in an easy to understand terms of the works involved, in a pleasant and courteous manner. I was able to leave my car with them, go to lunch with families and friends, and come back to pick it up in the afternoon. I got so much done in a day, and the best part? The total bill came out to be just $202! It’s been a great day!

David the Service Manager/GM I believe is his name & title, provided EXCELLENT customer service. I’ve seen them treat customers the same way whether their car was an old year or new. I appreciate that very much! He resolved my front seat issue quickly. He treated me very well, I did not feel rushed. He made sure I was good to go before driving off. I had a bad day and he truly made it better. Also, the gentleman in the merchandise counter, very cool guy, and Service Advisor Kellin who was honest and up front with what was needed and what could wait on my car. There was a Mexican gentleman who worked in the service Dept who noticed that I was having a hard time trying to figure out buttons in the new loaner, for a different advisor (not Kellin) handed me the key and walked away. This nice man approached me and gave me a quick rundown on the vehicle. I didn’t catch his name, but that’s great service . Lastly, all Service Department guys ALWAYS answer my questions whenever I call in when warning messages appear. As busy as they are, they still take the time to assist me; these guys are great. I HIGHLY recommend Mercedes of Anaheim your go to, for ALL your service needs; trust me, they are great!
