MB of Athens scheduled to come to my home and replace my recalled air bag. The tech, Ryan, was professional and took care of the replacement quickly. It was hassle free. Laura, the scheduler,  made the whole process pleasant. She was really easy to talk to and took time to explain everything to me. If I knew it could be that easy I would have replaced those recalled air bags 2 years ago.
