I am so happy with the service I was given from start to finish. The service department was very polite and knowledgeable about the process of getting my Mercedes running in tip-top condition. They were also honest about the cost of the repairs. I am from Lake Charles, Louisiana. They were very patient with me getting Lake Charles to Beaumont. He was willing to answer any and all questions and very patient with helping us older folks who are not very tech savvy! The place is nice, some of the employees there seem like they hate their job. I called several times and they’re rude and will hangup in your face. Some of them “ women “ employees could use better customer service skills to be honest. If they don’t like their job they should quit. But with that being said ADRIENNE makes up for all of that, she’s AMAZING, very helpful, makes you feel welcomed, valued and appreciated as a customer!! She’s does her job VERY well TOP TEIR AMAZING customer service!! I absolutely love her. I’d say she needs a raise or a promotion or some kind of recognition because she’s great. If it wasn't for her I would have probably never took my car to this dealership. I’m only giving 5 stars because of ADRIENNE. If you go to this location ask for Adrienne if you want a smooth experience, without the attitude.

My salesman, David Jones, was very patient and understanding of what my wants and needs were.
