Andrew, and all of Mercedes-Benz of Chandler were top notch. I am out of state and gave this dealership a call about a car I was interested in. I gave Andrew some information and within an hour I had a personalized video of the car detailing what it came with and a nice interior and exterior video. They made the whole process of buying out of state and shipping so easy. It’ll be the go to place in the future for me for any MB needs! A++++

Gotta say, thanks to Todd Frison and Seth Madison, MB of Chandler got me into the AMG GLC43 of my dreams at an extremely reasonable price. We entered the showroom at 11:30 to take a look and go for a test drive, A few hours later we were on our way home in our new AMG. Wife and I enjoyed the whole experience very much. Super easy. Credit app took a second. So glad we took the 30 minute drive from Scottsdale. Todd and Seth were just great. We’re happy to be back in a Mercedes. We can’t wait to do this again. Of course only at MB of Chandler.

I had a great experience here dropping my car off for maintenance. George Atiyeh was incredibly communicative and friendly, making the process easy and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this dealership and George for any service needs!

We had a shifter problem with our Thor Siesta-Mercedes-Benz based RV. The shifter would only go into neutral or drive, if I turned it off it would not be restarted as is could not be put into park. Of all the greater Phoenix Mercedes-Benz dealer the one in Chandler readily took our call, told us to come in and they would take a look. We met Dylan Eavenson (service advisor). Dylan worked to get us in and and kept us updated. They found that 2 screws from the after market stereo had dropped into the mechanism. It was thoroughly checked and fixed. Victor who serviced the vehicle even sent us a movie he made while diagnosing the problem. We were there a couple of hours and were able to continue on our trip to California !! We really appreciated the commitment to service and the consideration the staff showed us. Highly recommend !
