Quick, diligent, friendly and affordable! Was able to book an appointment for Service A for my Sprinter on a week’s notice. (No big city has appointments for weeks) Service was set for Saturday 9 am but we arrived early at 8 am and they took us in right away. Chris at the service department patiently answered all my questions and told me he’ll get us in and out as quickly as possible. We had an 8 hour drive ahead and their urgency was thoroughly appreciated. They had our van ready in an hour and 20 mins, with two techs working on it to make things faster. I paid just $317 for their service A. That’s unbeatable pricing compared to most other Sprinter service centers around the country. We waited in their nice waiting area with our dog who is trained but still, it was nice that they didn’t ask questions and made us feel welcomed. Thank you, MB of Tri-Cities!

I purchased a new vehicle from McCurley and this was the easiest, quickest sale I have been in. I have bought at least a dozen new vehicles and countless used vehicles and i can say typically it is not a pleasant experience. The McCurley Mercedes dealership has the process down to a T. They were professional, knowledgeable (which is actually hard to come by these days) and time efficient. They worked with my budget and were quick and concise with paperwork. I rarely give 5 stars so the experience or company has to go far and beyond regular expectations.
