I came into town with my GLK 350 and no appointment.  The engine was running rough and I was getting an "Auxiliary battery malfunction" error on the display.  I called the service advisor, Cole Henry, whom I've been very impressed with.  He is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and most of all dedicated to serving the customer.  There were no appointments but he told me to come in and get it diagnosed.  James Burke is a great tech and he diagnosed the problem.  Cole checked and the parts were in stock, and they fit me in and I was on my way again quickly and at what I think was a very reasonable cost.  This was a huge help to me and I want to compliment Rick Hill Mercedes on their staff's helpfulness and professionalism for a customer who was kind of in a spot!
