I brought my Mercedes in for a malfunctioning sunroof on a Saturday. The service department was so helpful, they took my car right in and gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive being that it was raining and parts was needed for the sunroof. Parts was ordered correctly and came in very fast. Great job to the parts department!
Communication was excellent by Chris Boyd the Mercedes advisor, he is very professional and knowledgeable A+.
The Sunroof was repaired like new for many more beautiful days to come. The cost was reasonable, I thought it was going to be a way bigger bill.
The cashier was very kind. I was greeted and welcomed, asked if I'd like something to drink.

Kellie Ferrier was awesome the moment we stepped into the building.  My husband and I were only planning to test drive 3 vehicles and making a decision later on within the week.  Instead,  we left with a vehicle we really liked. ????  The process was very smooth, and talking to Kellie was as if we've known her for years.  Very personable and not pushy at all.  Actually,  the entire staff was very welcoming and nice. I would totally recommend Kellie and her team if you are looking for genuine people that care about your needs and wants while car hunting.

Our sales person was really great. There was no pressure to buy and because the price of the vehicle was already priced well, the transaction was easy. The dealership in general, however, appeared lackluster in terms of service. This was our first experience buying a luxury car and I definitely received a better red carpet treatment when purchasing other standard vehicles. The finance manager was not personable at all.  The final transaction felt weird and uncomfortable with odd long silences and a few condescending responses. Time will tell regarding the service department which currently has questionable reviews. I got the sense that our sales manager didn’t know much about servicing the car including cost of oil changes and regular maintenance. While she took fabulous care of us, I wasn’t confident she knew much about the car except for the operating features. However, overall the experience was positive. I’m just honestly shocked that a luxury dealership like this provided a mediocre experience. Compared to many of the other cars I’ve purchased in my life, I certainly didn’t leave the dealership feeling 100% confident about the transaction. Again, time will tell.
