My husband's and my experience with our salesman Mark Davis and Joseph Valentino were top notch. While there we engaged with the GM and other salesman and have to say they are the best of the best. A huge shout out to the staff that detailed my car, hopefully I can keep it as clean as the day I drove off with it. I highly recommend them for new and pre owned vehicles. My white GLA 250 was backed into and had some damage to the drivers door and side panel;  George in the body shop was very helpful and helped me deal with the other drivers insurance,  And while in, Terry made sure they were able to change snow tires and do an oil change in Service!  When I picked up my car it looked great - cleaned and vacuumed inside and washed and waxed outside!!  Mel and Mark (whom I worked. With in the past) saw me in the CASHIERS OFFICE AND STOPPED JUST TO SAY HI!!

Had a scrape (my own fault) on my GLA - and decided to go to MB of Syracuse.  Was given a very reasonable quote to repair, along with a car for my use, but I didn’t need it.  Three days and done!!! I couldn’t have been more pleased!!  George and Terry were excellent to work with!!!!
