One of my best car buying experiences! The car deal was an efficient negotiation and quick sale. No time wasting. Marty came with me for a test drive. She was very pleasant to talk to and didn’t even get upset that I accidentally took us on a 20 mile detour by missing a freeway exit. Car is just as good as the day I bought it, so no disappointments there. Great dealership and people here! Highly recommended!

My husband and I owned a beautiful Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer that we absolutely loved. Unfortunately, on Valentine's Day of this year, my husband was rearended at high speed and our truck totaled. I found this dealership while searching for a comparable vehicle online. They had a 2014 Ford Expedition King Ranch 4x4, so we made the hour and a half drive the very next day to test drive it and loved it! MartyAnn was very kind, and honest and, went above and beyond to help us set up financing through a bank down the street from their dealership, even allowing us to take the truck to do so. She was even patient while we had our 8 yr old son teach my mother how to take and send photos of my husband's last paystubs, so we wouldn't have to make the hour and a half drive again. We love the new truck even more than our previous! With the stress of injuries and hiring a lawyer, purchasing this truck was stressless. MartyAnn and Tim are wonderful people and I'd recommend them 1,000 times over!

As a 40th birthday present for my husband (and after being trapped in New York for most of the pandemic), I searched every used car site I could find for the car he'd always wanted: a sky-blue Mini Cooper. I quickly gave up on the New York area (all the reasonably priced cars were in terrible condition) and expanded the search nationwide. Eventually I stumbled upon a listing for a 2012 Mini from Metro Auto in Orlando, which, it turns out, made all the difference. I had enough anxiety already with this being my first car purchase, doing it remotely made it even more nerve-wracking, and planning it as a surprise for someone you're stuck at home with 24/7 made the whole thing nearly impossible.
Marty from Metro Auto struck me immediately as honest and trustworthy, which were important qualities for someone deciding on a car from 1,200 miles away. I was sure to have the car inspected by a third party, but I especially appreciated Marty's openness and willingness to help me navigate the process for the first time.
When Marty understood I was planning the purchase as a surprise present, she was eager to help out with the plan. My husband and I flew down to Orlando together for a "brief birthday getaway," and Marty herself drove the car to the airport (her idea!). My husband was completely stunned and overjoyed. Since this is my only car purchase to date, I can only speculate, but I would say this qualifies as pretty exceptional service.
As for the car itself, we had the opportunity to test everything out while driving 1,500 miles back through the Appalachians - it was a fantastic road trip and a very smooth ride. When we got the car registered in New York we did another inspection just in case, and a grumpy mechanic who specializes in Minis told us that he had tried as hard as he could to find a problem with our car, but couldn't find anything.
We are so grateful to Marty and Metro Auto for making this such a positive and memorable experience. I was originally just looking for a car in good condition, and we ended up with that and so much more.

Overall a very good experience.  I flew in from Michigan to purchase the vehicle.  They had someone pick me up from the airport and drive me to the dealership.  Everything was ready when I arrived, test drive went good, all paperwork was ready for me to sign and the process went quickly and smoothly.  I drove the car back to Michigan without any problems.  I would purchase from them again.
