Walked in and purchased a 2023 Escalade Sport - Onyx Package. Deal was completed over the phone and delivered to my home within a couple of hours. Justin was my sales person and Jon Perry the sales manager made the process easy. Minor issue with the front bumper but the service manager Rafael was all over it. Justin Medeiros was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our new XT5. He was professional, courteous, and answered all our questions which gave us the opportunity to make an educated an informed decision with our purchase.
He listened to our story that we have purchased 2 new cars in the past three years and are still looking for the right fit. In addition, gave us information regarding a lease purchase
which is something we have never thought about and ultimately decided was the right fit.
