Every individual at Milford Subaru could not have been any friendlier. Extraordinary service all around, and I seriously can not believe how easy the transaction process was. I emailed Milford Subaru with an inquiry on an '24 Impreza RS, and Mark F. emailed me in a timely manner with all the answers to my questions. He was considerate of my time, and made it super easy for me to want to come to the dealer. The trade in of my old vehicle was seamless, and I had the keys in my hand in about 1.5 hours. That's easily the best experience I've ever had at any dealer. Darren, was helpful with some finance questions regarding the down payment and just overall friendly. Kevin went over the optional service and warranty options with no pressure, and answered all my questions. That enabled me to pick some options, and it was painless. I really appreciate how the business office was with my credit card company being a bit wonky about the down payment. I truly can't say enough how great that experience was, and can't wait to go in for my first service appointment in their new building down the road in Amherst, NH. Thank you very much!

I am not typically the person who writes reviews, but based on the absolutely amazing experience I had with their service department, I decided it was warranted.

We had a problem with my wife’s Outback that we had already mostly diagnosed and significantly researched. My wife brought her car to another Subaru dealership to have the problem confirmed and fixed. At that dealership, she was rebuffed and told, “not to trust everything on Google” despite having the Subaru Technical Service Bulletin numbers pertaining to the problem we were having.

Following that experience, I called Milford Subaru and had the pleasure of speaking with Chad, their service manager. Not only was he familiar with the issue we were having, but was knowledgeable about how to get it corrected. I felt confident that they would be able to fix the problem, and I scheduled an appointment to bring the car in.

When I went to drop off the car, I had a wonderful experience with Judy. She listened attentively to everything I had tested and researched, and assured me that this was something that they had dealt with in the past. I was so appreciative of the way we were treated, how much they cared that we had a good experience, and how they hoped to change our perception of Subaru dealerships following our initial experience at the other dealership.

Chad P. I cannot begin to express how great the service was. I want to let everyone in the internet universe to know the service at Milford Subaru was outstanding. Chad P. The service writer was absolutely outstanding. I called the dealership about getting an estimate for brake service after receiving an estimate from a privately owned shop. I felt the privately owned shop was extremely over priced. I was quoted $1600 for just a brake job. I needed brakes and inspection done. Milford Subaru not only quoted me a rate of $1400, they changed the oil, rotated the tires, changed the windshield wipers and did the Inspection all in the Same Day!!
Bring your vehicle here!! Maybe this was a fluke? Maybe God decided to touch Chad and bless him with great service? I don't know but they have a customer for life now.
