I did my homework, research, was aware of the specials/ promos, did online shopping before deciding to schedule test drive. I chose Miller Honda because Cheryl was able to answer all my questions even before setting up an appointment at the dealership. Lauren Atwater helped me the rest of the way, made the whole experience pleasant, stress-free, gave me full transparency, disclosure, very knowledgeable. In contrast, I went to other dealerships, wasted my time, was disappointed, staff unprepared, unaware of their own dealership's advertisement, had to tell a couple of guys to browse their own websites so we're on the same page. I went to Miller on a Friday afternoon, returned the next day to close the deal, drove home with my car Monday. They followed up on me after a few days to see if I am satisfied with my vehicle and if there are any concerns. I am more than satisfied. The sales experience was great and I am highly recommending Miller Honda to everyone.
