Better than I could expect anyone to be. I recently purchased a vehicle, not only with the most competitive rates around, but also with remarkably few additional fees. The car had a small issue with the brakes within a couple weeks of driving it, so I called Edgar - and he came to my apartment, found the malfunctioning part, and replaced it free of charge. Then, he recommended a mechanic to check out the next day, and told me that if the mechanic found anything wrong, he would pay whatever the cost to fix it. I went to the mechanic, and they said everything worked. This was after he'd already let me keep the car on his lot for 3 weeks while I waited for my insurance to get approved.

I never leave reviews, but I had to make an exception. My husband and I relocated from London and we needed a really reliable car. Edgar really helped us through the whole process of buying our first used car in the US, to making sure it was running well, to offering to do minor repair work, to even coming to our home to help me jump start my car. I mean, he goes ABOVE and BEYOND. On top of that, he is a really nice guy and honesty is his policy. I would really recommend anyone looking for Ford Escapes to go to Edgar.
