Arrived at Nissan Dealership of Augusta on a nasty, cold and rainy day and our representative Darius was great. He walked the lot with us despite the weather and explained about each car we were interested in. He was informative and patient. He helped us get all our questions answered without pause or hesitation. I appreciated his friendliness and hard work to get us what we needed. He allowed us to test drive and accompanied us and answered questions along the way. We drove away in our brand new Nissan vehicle extremely satisfied. Shame on me for not filling out the survey. Previously I had a very bad experience with this dealership, so I was determined that I would never buy another car from Miracle Nissan again but last week when I took my 2015 Pathfinder to be serviced, the salesman, Mariano Mendoza, called me the night before and wanted to meet me….I’ve purchased 7 Nissan’s in the last 36 years (6 from this dealership with various owners) and that’s the FIRST time anyone has reached out to me before a service …Even though I was impressed, I told him up front I wasn’t interested, so he said just come have a cup of coffee with me …so even though I was determined I wasn’t in the market for a new car, I thought “what the heck” so the next day when I got there, I went in and met him….and ultimately ended up buying a car from him.  I always pay cash for my services because I don’t like the 4% credit card charge and when my car needed additional work (brakes) I didn’t bring enough cash, so Mariano volunteered to let me test drive a new 2024 Pathfinder….we went to my credit union so I could get enough cash and avoid the fees at the dealership and of course, once I drove the new one, I ended up buying one…I felt like Mariano Mendoza was up front, honest and didn’t pressure me during the whole process and also that the dealership’s attitude (he introduced me to the managers as well) has totally changed since the last time and I’m glad I was able to do business with them again.  The service department there has always been awesome as well.

They actually care about you and don't see you as a walking dollar sign. I was able to get in a vehicle that I wanted and not one that was forced on me. I will always come back here. Anthony Glover is my go to salesman. Elisa is the loyalty manager and will always make sure you have a superb experience. The sales managers Phillip and Joey are very caring and also assisted with everything I needed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
