My 1st impressions of the dealership was of a professionally run car dealership that I could trust with my business.  Everyone was polite and professional with their greetings.  I knew what I wanted and all I needed was someone to help me get it.  I was offered a used Santa Cruz which I didn't want.  I wanted a Sand colored Santa Cruz with the only deal breaker was it must have a tow package.   I was guaranteed I could get that vehicle. I got what I thought was fair trade-in for my truck and was told my new car would be delivered in 2 days. Sure enough the car was there on time. It had more accessories than i could have imagined at a fair price. My goal was to downsize and still drive a truck.  Mitchell Hyundai delivered as promised.
