Like most people, going out car shopping and dealing with dealerships is something I avoid like the plague.  It's been over 6 years since I have shopped for a new vehicle but came to a point where I thought it was advantageous to start looking for something newer and more reliable.  I did my research and, on a whim, decided to expand my search results outside of my immediate area.  That's when I came across a used, '23 Mazda3 at the Mitchell Mazda dealership in Enterprise (over 100 miles away).  When I first made contact with the dealership I was put in touch with Mr. Nick Cummings.  Over the 2 weeks of us going back and forth he was nothing short of awesome in regards to my questions and requests concerning the vehicle I was interested in.  When it came down to brass tacks on getting an OTD price and making the offer Ms. Stephanie (Sales Manager) was very polite and, in the end, we came to a mutual price of the car that I feel we both could be happy about.  I made the 2 hour trip to Enterprise to do a test drive and get all the paperwork done.  I think I was there a total of 2 hours.  The finance manager, Mr. Johnny Caskey, was very personable, didn't try to upsell or push anything on me I didn't want and genuinely ended my car buying experience on the highest note I've ever had with going through a dealership.  SO, thank you again to the Mitchell Mazda team of Enterprise, Alabama (Nick, Stephanie and Johnny).   I highly recommend this dealership!

PS:  After a while of getting home I had realized I had forgotten my garage door opener hooked to my sun visor in my trade-in. I called back and Nick was on the ball and has it being shipped back to me AND took the time to ask how my drive home was in my ride.  Nothing but good stuff from this dealership.
