What a refreshing experience! I had finally found the vehicle I had been searching for (for months). I was immediately contacted by Steve who scheduled a test drive with me. His vibe was completely what we were hoping for during this experience. He was knowledgeable about our vehicle ('21 Atlas), and if he was unsure about something he made a point to find out. His tour on pickup day was great and I felt like I had a pretty good handle on all the tech when I finally drove away. We loved his honesty and candid demeanor. The whole Mitchell VW team was friendly and super accommodating to us and our 6 week old baby we dragged along for the ride. We LOVE our Atlas and wouldn't hesitate to refer friends/family. This place was amazing to us. Marin was awesome from the start. Absolutely zero pressure, even after the test drive. Worked with us throughout the process and went above and beyond getting the vehicle ready for us. Josh, the finance manager, was also an absolute riot. If you are looking to purchase or lease a Volkswagen, do not waste your time at any other dealership and go to Mitchell Volkswagen. I made the unfortunate mistake at going to a closer location where the service was terrible and the sales people were not trustworthy.
