Best VW dealer in KC hands down. Corey K went over in detail service, approvals super easy. Loaner was provided too, which is awesome and extra appreciated (your timing and availability may vary).
Updates to service all online or text, which is appreciated as well, nice touch to keep in contact with status updates if service requires parts to ship. Waiting area is nice with free wifi and quiet spaces if needed.
Pickup was easy, fast and payment clean; No struggles or download needed.
