This week I on a whim stopped in to buy my mother her dream car. I knew what I was going for so that definitely helped with the ease of things. I was helped by Destiny Nelson. She worked quick and patiently. I had my son 3.5 year old son with me who absolutely loved her and he didn’t make it easy. She was fantastic with him & if he was driving her crazy, she didn’t show it. She helped sort out the financing when I was unsure whether to go through personal or business & honestly just made the process a bit less stressful. If you stop in & have crazy kids, definitely say hi to her.

I also want to give notice to a sales man whose name I didn’t get. He sat basically in front of her & had cars on his desk. My son loved them and he brought them over to help entertain him. He also gave me some knowledge between base packages and upgrades but other than that I have no experience with his sales, but he was very kind.

The Wife is very pleased with her brand new jeep. She upgraded from a cherokee to the grand since the price was just right for what we were whiling to spend. Sales kid was very nice. Noah I believe his name was. Said he was new but definitely has a good future in business as long as he learns to speak up a bit. Everyone else we dealt with was very nice. Everyone knows buying a car is a hassle but it wasn't bad here. Service I can't speak on since we haven't gotten that far.

We are very pleased with our purchase and the different teams at Monroeville Jeep.Our salesman Devon went out of his way to make this sale happened for me, INCLUDING  getting them to honor my request to drive out of the showroom.  I will definitely recommend Monroeville Jeep to others. I traded in my 2018 Jeep Renegade Limited that was also purchased at Monroeville Jeep. Everyone here makes me feel very comfortable.  I will definitely come back if we need another Jeep.
