He had everything arranged for me to get from the service center to my place of employment. He contacted me via phone, text, and email to inform me of the status on my vehicle. He found additional warranty work that needed to be performed and arranged all the details. Alan was the shuttle driver and he has always been reliable and courteous. He provided a level of service that reflected my overall experience with Morong. Dwight gave me a final update and we made a plan for the warranty repair. Again he was personable and approachable making the whole process a positive experience.
