I can’t say enough wonderful things about MotorCar Makeovers.  I found this place by coincidence.  My car broke down in June of 2024 and it had to be towed to their establishment.  It was a bad alternator.  They replaced the alternator and battery.  The problem seemed to be fixed for a couple months.  That was until the car appeared to be having the same issue and so they took the car back in once again. They again replaced the alternator and battery thinking it was a faulty alternator like a lemon.  A few days after the issue occurred once more.  They thought it would be odd to have two bad alternators so they continued to search for the source of the problem.  This was a very unique situation.  They determined it was the computer that connects to the alternator. The car is an older car with lots of miles so they tried to get me a used computer so the cost wouldn’t be so high .  They even sent it to Texas for someone to program it. (Over and above!!!)  We all thought it was fixed, but the warning light appeared again, so they were back to figuring out what the problem was. They never gave up. Until they found that a prong on the used computer was damaged.  They were in constant communication with me. Motorcar Makeovers never gave up on the car and went over and above any facility I’ve ever been in contact with. I’m so grateful to Scott, Andrew, and the rest of the their Team.  I can’t recommend them enough.  They will not quit until it’s done right and they will not overcharge you for mistakes that aren’t your fault.  Thanks Motorcar Makeovers team for being professional, committed, knowledgeable, caring.

I have been going to Motorcar Makeovers for a few years.  Never disappointed, and every time Scott and his team took care of my needs.  Their price is reasonable and never do any repairs that are not needed.  They are also very flexible and accommodating my schedules.  I have moved out of the Blue Bell area since 2023 but I am still driving 40 mins one way there for my auto needs.  I fully trust Scott and his team and highly recommend them for any of your auto repair needs.
