I had a fantastic experience here today!  I've had my Maserati a few years and it's been a great car. I always brought it to the Maserati dealership because I hadn't found someone good to work on it. I went to the dealership recently and they told me I needed to replace a worn part immediately.  Although It's a part that periodically needs replacing, I was skeptical and it's an expensive job on this car.  A guy I know recommended Motor Cars.  I called and after a few days the parts arrived.  I dealt with a fellow named Russ, and after he inspected the part, he pointed out that it didn't need to be replaced, and had a good deal of life still left.  I'm grateful, this saved me a lot of money.  I also wanted one of the windshield arms fixed. He did that, and since I didn't need any other work done, they didn't charge me.  If you're into cars, it's a big deal to find a guy that does a good job and that you can trust.  This is now my go-to place for the Maserati!

My journey with them began when my 2015 C-300 crossed the 100k mileage mark and required an oil change. While I've typically entrusted my car to the Mercedes Dealership in Hanover due to its proximity, this time, their diagnosis blindsided me with an "immediate attention" alert on a staggering $16,700 worth of purported repairs.

Astonishingly, they clarified that a mere $300 part and 2.5 hours of labor were all my vehicle truly required, saving me from what seemed like highway robbery.

Avery and Russ didn't just treat me as a customer; they embraced me like family. Their integrity and expertise spared me over $16k in unnecessary repairs, an act for which I am eternally grateful. I
be a customer for life at their shop for all service needs and when the time comes for a new vehicle, they'll be my first choice.

I have been using motorcars international for years to fix my  cars. They are top notch in every way. The owner and the owners son two of the nicest, easy-going individuals to work with . When you have an issue with a foreign car, and don’t want to get ripped off fixing it. Russ and Avery, a father and son team I must say will get your automobile fixed at a reasonable price ,and the work is top notch. I bought a 2017 Mini from Avery in March 2024. I cannot tell you how much I love this car and how easy the entire process was to purchase the vehicle. Avery made everything very easy and worked with me to work out the quirks on the new-to-me car. After I drove it for a few weeks there were a few things that did need to be tweaked and Avery and Russ worked with my schedule and communicated with me throughout the process. They had to wait for parts and did a great job keeping me updated! The first time I visited motor cars international was about two years ago when Mercedes Benz told me I needed an engine.  I was referred to them by my  fiancé.  Long story short it wasn’t my engine it was the crank case.  My car was repaired within a week.  The second time it was something to do with the coils.   Last week my car left me stranded I called and had my car towed to them. This time it was my starter, my car was towed in on Thursday and was ready for pick up on Monday.  They are very honest and very  reasonably priced for anyone with a foreign car.  This is the only place I will be bring my car since the first time when they repaired my car.  Truly thankful for the work they do and their honesty!!
