This place rocks!! Had to break my VW Jetta in to check out some engine lights and everyone from the desk clerk to the mechanic gave me the Royal treatment.
The waiting room is awesome too, I haven't had my pet Corgi and the weight room is set up for pet friendly activities and treats.
Actually I had a very complicated mechanical issue to solve they explained it clearly and so I knew what the options and costs were very quickly
This will be the only place I'll bring my car back to for factory related service.

I came in from out of town on a holiday weekend with my kids and my check engine came on. I called the dealership in Holland and they could not take me. I called here and left a message, not thinking they would call me back. Not only did they call me back but made an appointment for the next day. They asked me a few safety questions, which I appreciated. I came in the next day and they checked out my car found what it was and wrote up the repair order for me to take back to my local car dealership. (They would have had to order parts and we were leaving the next day). Mickala was great and so nice!
