Communication is great & personalized service through & through.  Everyone is so friendly and that includes Dennis that runs the shuttle service. He rolls out the red carpet and makes you feel very valued.  They are trustworthy, honest & fair. The only place I will ever take my VW.

If you're in the market for a VW Atlas, Springfield VW is the place to go! The sales team greeted me like I was a long-lost cousin, and within minutes, I was test-driving an Atlas with all the bells and whistles. They even laughed at my jokes, which is impressive considering my humor is more "dad joke" than stand-up. The finance guy worked magic to get me a deal so good, I had to check if I was being pranked. Now, I'm cruising around in my new Atlas, feeling like the king of the road with enough space to host a small party. Kudos to Springfield VW for making car buying a joyride!
