They get right to the problem/problems and while they’re at it, they make sure to reach out about any concerns they may see that could eventually cause another issue. “BETH” in the service department is a really caring empathetic employee! She is awesome! I give this place 10 stars all around!

I purchased a used Honda on Sat. The brakes didn't feel right and one of the headlight has water in it. Nelson Honda had me bring back the car on Monday and they fixed the brakes and ordered new headlight. They were prompt and quick fixing the issues.  I am very pleased and recommend this dealer and service department.  The staff was terrific and very nice.

I scheduled our service online and their web site was easy to navigate.  The folks at the check in were both friendly and professional. I highly recommend Nelson Honda in Martinsville, VA.  I was looking for a specific color Passport and was unable to find it close to home.  I contacted Nelson online and got a quick response from Doug.  He verified the Passport was available and we were able to negotiate a fair price.  When I drove up to finish the paperwork,  my Passport was ready to drive off the lot with a full tank of gas.  Oh, and surprise benefit,  Nelson doubled the power train warranty!   Doug was great to work with.  We were so impressed with Nelson that we will probably make the drive to Martinsville to have all our maintenance completed there.
