I asked about getting a same day oil change and Marian managed to get me in there within an hour!  The oil change and tire rotation on my Subaru was quick and efficient. In addition to a sparkling carwash, they cleaned my windows and mirrors inside and out!  It felt like my car was new again!

Nelson Subaru Kia is the best!
Warning lights on the dash of my 2012 Forester went haywire; check engine, anti skid traction control and cruise control blinking like mad. Called service dept and was scheduled for next available appointment. Dropped the car off and hitched a ride home on the courtesy shuttle, to wait in comfort at home. Problem was quickly diagnosed and other routine maintenance was performed at the same time. Caught the shuttle back and I am back on the road, same day.
Courteous, knowledgeable staff, service advisor, Marian was super efficient and pleasant to work with.
Nelson Subaru Kia is the only one I trust to keep my vehicle in top shape! I highly recommend!
