I was introduced to New Cars Inc via Wheelhouse Credit Union and buying a vehicle this way was completely new to me.  I was hesitant and kept expecting something to be a letdown ... but the entire experience was amazing!   Tom was GREAT!  And I have never purchased a vehicle without the hard sell of additional options that always makes for that uncomfortable process after you have selected the vehicle that you really hope to be driving home that day.  This time Tom shared optional services and products that are available and let me know that if I wanted to come back in the next week and add any of them, I could.  No hard sell, no uncomfortable transition between test drive and driving away.
