Service department was able to quickly accommodate us as we had a roadside emergency while traveling. Rather than taking advantage of our position, they had the problem quickly diagnosed, fixed and on our way again in no time. Speaking with other locals waiting on their cars in service also showed how THIS is the place to get service.

I've had my 2013 F250 down to the service center twice now and both times I had an absolutely AMAZING experience. Josh is fantastic! He is super easy to coordinate with for an appointment and is so patient in answering all of my questions. Even when we had a minor hiccup after one service appointment, he took the truck back again and had everything double checked for me. I believe it was Carlos who was working on my truck and he was also extremely professional and I can't say enough about how prompt and clean he is in his work. Lastly I want to give a quick thanks to the shuttle driver, he makes the whole operation a lot less of a hassle to come and go for my longer appointments! These 3 gentlemen deserve a raise but I appreciate the whole team at Newton Ford. Everyone is always so friendly and I would highly recommend working with this location. I look forward to doing business in the future!
