The person at the Service counter (young man with beard), who I assume was the Service Manager was outstanding and the most customer service-oriented person that I have encountered in that role.  Additionally, the first contact that we had when pulling in was with a mechanic who greeted us enthusiastically and also was great when I asked a question about rotating the tires on the car, in addition to the oil change that we had scheduled.
