Hamid and company are great people. Whenever purchasing a used car, you should ALWAYS expect to over pay for it. Here at NAC, we actually paid extremely close to KBB value. We didnt feel forced to look at any cars in particular. Everything was always an option, even with our budget. They gave us great trade in credit for what my old car was worth. We purchased a 2012 Ford, unfortunately 2 days later the water pump blew up. As you can imagine, I was upset. I had to put my family up in a hotel, and the next morning get my car to a mechanic to finish out the last leg of our road trip. Called NAC while I was at the local mechanic. NAC's response was rather surprising. NAC told me just to bring the invoice in to the dealership when I got home and just like that, they wrote me a check IN FULL for the amount of the repair invoice. When I told them not many dealerships do this, they responded with, "We are like many dealerships". They really made my family and I feel like they cared about us. I truly believe they do.
