I had initially wrote a negative review as I had a fairly poor experience regarding some concerns I had that weren’t addressed. I felt the need to re-review North Country after my concerns had been addressed. I’ve been in contact with them and I’d say 2/3 of my issues have been resolved to my satisfaction. The 3rd issue requires an appointment at a 3rd party place and we agreed to wait on that issue. I want to thank Reggie and Hunter for the smooth purchase process. Tim and Lucas for getting me in the shop quickly and a loaner to drive, and lastly the owner who has made sure that all my concerns have been addressed. Set up an appointment on line but it never went through to the dealer but they were great at getting me in and work was done quickly. Only minor detail was they forgot to give me back my key for locking lugnut but I caught that before I left town and was able to stop by and pick it up. They were very friendly.
