This is the way a car buying experience should be! Alex, Mark, Tom and the team at North End Mazda were courteous, friendly, communicative, transparent, and compassionate throughout the entire experience I had with them. I never felt sold to or pressured in any way. We even worked together digitally; no other dealer in the area seemed to embrace this fully, if they even bothered to follow up on my queries at all. Sadly, many other car dealers are stuck in the 1960s with their approaches and methods. North End Mazda are leading the way. I will be back in touch with the North End team for my next Mazda.

Exceptional experience buying a new Mazda from North End Mazda. Mark and Alex in sales were a great help, and Mike in finance made all the docs quick and easy.

They were helpful to squeeze me in and get me completely set up within the day so that I did not have to return for delivery. They offered me fair pricing on my new car and a fair trade-in for my old car. I would certainly return for my next car, and would travel the hour out there again just to go with them rather than a dealership in Boston.

On top of the great service, Mark knew the cars in and out and had answers to a wide variety of questions and it was clear that he took learning about new models seriously. It made the shopping experience great, and I didn't have to search for anything while I was there, he knew it all.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Everyone was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Michael Sparks in their finance department was also great to work with!
