Laurel was absolutely amazing throughout my entire transaction.  I fell in love with my dream Jeep Grand Cherokee but we were going out of town.  She worked with me over the phone and text and email to ensure that I would be able to purchase the vehicle upon our return.  When I arrived on Monday, the Jeep was front and center and was even more beautiful than I imagined.  After a quick test drive, paperwork was done quickly and I was on my way to show off my new car! He was able to get me into a rental while my Jeep is at the shop all day instead of having to Uber home and back again.

We bought a 2013 Kia Soul from Matt...nice, clean car with low miles. Very nice car. We bought it as is. The very next day we were experiencing a little problem with the car losing power.
