Really liked 2 girls working front desk.  Nice that I was picked up by courtesy driver.  Easy dropping off pickup night before.  I did request my old parts back but did not get them. I don’t see them anywhere in pickup

My wife arrived and was greeted by cold staff. She said they didn’t even look up from their computers. They talked to her as if she was wholly unimportant. After the service she tried to talk to them about a problem she was having with the wireless phone charger. He made her to feel as if she was dumb concerning the technology, then even made reference to her age as if she was too old to understand the vehicles capabilities. I thoroughly enjoyed buying a car from Northcutt, but getting my vehicle serviced there, was regrettable.

John and Steven in the service department are awesome. They are always so helpful and answer all my questions. John let me know I need new tires and gave me an estimate for tire replacement. I feel they care about their customers and safety!
