When it arrived, the Escalade was freshly washed and the tank was completely filled — small details that really show he cares about his customers.

My experience with Nick and Danielle really couldn’t have gone better! My Toyota Sienna Hybrid received some serious damage when well-meaning family members attempted to perform some maintenance at home. Nick was able to completely diagnose and repair all issues. I am so grateful for his expertise and ability to perform several advanced repairs.

Nick’s shop rates are more than reasonable, and far better than anything else I have found locally. He and his wife Danielle worked incredibly hard to ensure that we had the best parts for the lowest cost, and made sure we weren’t paying any more for labor than we absolutely had to. They were both very communicative during the entire process—between giving me a diagnosis, letting me know when things were expected to be completed, and keeping me up to date on all cost estimates. They also were able to drive my car back to my house, and threw in an exterior wash and glass clean while waiting for certain parts, which had been delayed due to severe storms in the area. I got my car back driving beautifully and looking amazing!

So after wading thru the ocean of use vehicles on Facebook marketplace looking for a safe affordable car for our newly licensed first time driver. We ended up at Northern Auto Innovations looking at a Subaru and after meeting with Nick and Lou and feeling the honesty and integrity they had not only did we purchase the first Subaru, but they had a second Subaru they were offering to us also and to there surprise we also bought that one because we have also been looking for another car for my wife. We very much appreciated how they conduct their business they were very upfront and honest about everything about the cars and their newly established business. In my opinion they are selling reasonable priced used vehicle's that are legitimately inspected. If you are looking for honesty when your looking go see them you won't regret it
