I just purchased my third vehicle from Northside Imports. I should’ve left review the prior two times, but always forget/get too busy, so I wanted to make sure and do that now. Lol

Their customer service &  communication…. Basically everything is stellar. They make it easy, quick, and cater well to someone that’s new to the Alfa Romeo brand, as well as someone that has had a few and knows the rundown.

I worked with Matthew Cleveland each time, and he’s great. Courtney Weaver also helped me this time and she was fantastic as well. Their service department is also amazing, so truly a well-rounded dealership to work with.

If you want a great car, great service, and to be treated right, this is the place to go!

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from here, but wanted to leave a review because I was treated like a valued customer from when I entered the door. Craig was a great salesman, very transparent and welcoming and the general manager followed up to make sure I had a good time. Even though the number didn’t work out for the particular vehicle I felt no pressure to adjust, was able to take it out for a test drive, and was told I’d be contacted if other similar vehicles become available. All in all a very good experience especially when it comes to dealerships.

I had tire blow out on a Saturday afternoon had my car towed to the dealer. Tiffany my service rep was so caring and attentive. Additionally, I reached out to my sales rep for another car I purchased from Northside, DeLawrence ensure me they will make it a priority to get me back on the road. I received call Monday morning my car was being serviced. By 10am my vehicle was complete and Uber was on the way to bring me to my vehicle. The customer service was top notch. I will be taking both vehicles going forward for service at Northside Imports. Fantastic sales and service team from top to bottom.
