I bought a Record Monza exhaust for my 124 Spider from the parts department and had it shipped directly to my address in Austin, TX. After receiving the part (that was a special order thus not in stock) I found it was defective from the factory. Michael provided me a return label along with a new order confirmation right away. Two weeks later I just installed the new exhaust and everything works/looks great. Price was also way better than what I found online on different websites. Thank you!
