I had tire blow out on a Saturday afternoon had my car towed to the dealer. Tiffany my service rep was so caring and attentive. Additionally, I reached out to my sales rep for another car I purchased from Northside, DeLawrence ensure me they will make it a priority to get me back on the road. I received call Monday morning my car was being serviced. By 10am my vehicle was complete and Uber was on the way to bring me to my vehicle. The customer service was top notch. I will be taking both vehicles going forward for service at Northside Imports. Fantastic sales and service team from top to bottom.

Even though the number didn’t work out for the particular vehicle I felt no pressure to adjust, was able to take it out for a test drive, and was told I’d be contacted if other similar vehicles become available.

Much appreciation for Trinidad and Vince for making my first car buying experience so easy. I'd been in the market for the Fiat 500 for awhile as a graduation gift to myself, and Trinidad was very responsive and helpful over the phone, as I live four hours away from the dealership. I was sent a custom video of the car, and the finance manager Vince patiently went over terms with me and my mother over the phone before I made the trip down.

When I made the trip, I was greeted by a friendly staff and Trinidad continued to be just as helpful in person, answering all my questions.
