I was looking for a used truck to tow our travel trailer and I came across a Dodge Ram 3500 that appeared to be in great shape and exactly what I needed. After contacting them through email they responded very quickly. I was in Biloxi Mississippi at the time so I couldn't see the vehicle in person so I was glad that I could have a text and voice conversation with Mr Bukucs. He answered all my crazy questions including sending additional videos and photos and performing a few key tests such as checking for blow-by on the diesel engine.

I wasn't sure about buying it without seeing it in person first. After a few days of messaging I felt confident that it was worth the trip to go and test drive the truck. I'm super cautious about scams and so I didn't feel comfortable sending a photo of the cashier's check so I booked a flight. I can say the process was easy and they were excellent in making sure I was happy with my purchase. They had completed a turnup recently as well as detailing it and filled up the tank with diesel before I left.

I can honestly say this was one of the easiest used vehicle purchase I have made and I would definitely recommend this dealership. I drive the truck almost 900 miles the next day back to Biloxi and another 2,000 miles later it is still running strong. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Shane was so helpful through the process of my purchase from start to finish. Everything was done over the phone, email and ups. It was the simplest process and my car was delivered straight to me. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!!
Nearly 6 months after buying they were still going out of their way to take care of me.  Had an unfortunate blowout of my tire clear on the other side of town.  Firestone didn’t have my size. I called Jake Bukucs my salesman at Northtowne.  He went straight to work trying to get me handled. Northtowne had the tire but couldn’t get me into service. Jake (Without my asking) said “ you buy the tires over the phone and I will run them to you if Firestone can mount them”. Then he did just that!!! In the middle of his day he dropped everything and drove 25 minutes  to bring me the tires and got me back on the road!!! Jake Bukucs Is the only name you need to know if you want a great car and amazing service!!! Jake’s the man!
