Our salesman Will was excellent from start to finish. Very patient and followed through with everything we discussed. Had to deduct 1 star because I hate the up sell tactics in the finance office when I clearly told the person up front that I did not want any extended warranties, wheel protection or fabric protection.  It’s unfortunate that the experience had to end with tension.

I recently purchased a 2023 Tucson from Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown and I could not be happier with the experience! Car buying has always been stressful to me.  The salesman who helped me (Joe Paoletta) was amazing.  It was truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car.  I was in and out in 2.5 hours with my new car.  Joe made me feel comfortable and ensured that the transaction was seamless.  He even signed into my phone, updated my car insurance and downloaded Hyundai Bluelink for me.  I was speechless.
